Tony Varco has over nineteen years experience in the building systems integration industry including electronic security, fire alarm, and building management systems. In June of 2001, Tony was named Vice President of the Security Division for Convergint Technologies, and is responsible for the successful growth and development of the electronic security business throughout North America. Tony is involved in all aspects of business planning, development, sales and marketing of electronic security.

Prior to joining Convergint, Tony was the Director of National Accounts for Siemens Building Technologies Security Division. During this time, he was responsible for business planning and sales development for field office locations throughout North America. During his career, he has held positions in direct owner sales, sales management, marketing, and executive management. Tony holds a bachelor's degree in financial management from DePaul University located in Chicago, Illinois.

Tony is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS), and currently pursuing his Physical Security Professional (PSP) certification.

Barry Yatzor has 25 plus years in the Fire Alarm & Life Safety and integrated building systems industry. Serving as Convergint Technologies' Vice President, Fire Alarm & Life Safety, Barry is responsible for the development and execution of the company's fire alarm business strategy.

Prior to joining the Convergint leadership team, Barry served as director of the integrated Fire Alarm & Life Safety business segment at Siemens Building Technologies. During the span of his career, Barry has held positions in business development, sales, project management and engineering. Barry holds a degree in engineering technology from the ITT Technical Institute in Salt Lake City, Utah, as well as numerous engineering industry certifications including NICET IV certification.

Wally Winkel has 23 years of business experience. 14 plus years are in the electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and building management systems industry, and 9 years in the pharmaceutical, household goods and sporting goods industries. He is currently Chief Financial Officer for Convergint Technologies.

Prior to joining Convergint Technologies, he was the Director of Mergers and Acquisitions, General Counsel and Treasurer of Siemens Building Technologies. During the span of his career, Wally has held positions in tax, insurance, internal audit with such major corporations as Wilson Sporting Goods, Maytag, G.D. Searle and spent 2 years in public accounting with BDO Seidman, LLP. Wally holds a bachelor's of science degree in accounting from Michigan State University, a JD from the DePaul College of Law, and an LLM in Taxation from Chicago Kent College of Law in Chicago, IL.

Active in professional and civic organizations, Wally is a member of the American and Chicago Bar Associations, Financial Executive Institute, a practicing member of the Illinois Bar, a licensed CPA, and is actively involved as a board member of his local church.

Greg Lernihan has 25 plus years in the electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and building management systems industry. Greg is a Co-Founder and the President and Chief Operating Officer for Convergint Technologies.

Prior to starting Convergint Technologies, Greg was the Sr. Vice President of Siemens Building Technologies Division for North America. During the span of his career, Greg has held positions in sales, general management, and executive management focused on integrated building management systems throughout the United States and Canada. Greg holds a bachelor's of science degree in business management from Purdue University.

Active in professional and civic organizations, Lernihan is on the board of directors of Opto Technology Inc. and Companies that Care and is actively involved as a member of his local church.

Dan Moceri has 30 years in the electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and building management systems industry. Dan is a Co-Founder and the Chief Executive Officer for Convergint Technologies.

Prior to starting Convergint Technologies, Dan was the President of Siemens Building Technologies Security Division for North America. During the span of his career, Dan has held positions in marketing, engineering, and executive management focused on integrated building management systems throughout the United States and Canada. Dan holds a bachelor's of science degree in electrical engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) and a master's degree in management from Northwestern University in Evanston, Ill.

Active in professional and civic organizations, Dan is a member of the American Society for Industrial Security, on the board of directors of Ortega Infosystems, a Corporation board member for MSOE, an advisory board member for Techsec Solutions, and is actively involved as a board member of his local church.
