Convergint Technologies Receives Frost & Sullivan 2006 Customer Service Leadership Award

 

Schaumburg, Ill. - June 26, 2006 – Convergint Technologies has been named the recipient of the prestigious Frost & Sullivan Customer Service Leadership Award for 2006.

 

The Award recognizes Convergint’s excellence in customer service leadership and its commitment to providing tailored services that best fit the needs of its customers. Convergint Technologies is a North American service-based organization that designs, services, and installs building systems including electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and building automation systems.  Customers include Boeing, BP Americas, Capital One, and TELUS.

According to Frost & Sullivan research analyst Jason Halverson, “Convergint Technologies has a service culture that is unmatched in their industry.  We confirmed that their stated value and belief ‘to be our customer’s best service provider’ drives their organization and is supported through advanced technology, employee responsiveness and focus on the customer.”

“Since our company was formed in 2001, we’ve focused on providing exceptional customer service,” said Dan Moceri, Convergint Technologies CEO.  “It’s extremely satisfying when an independent organization like Frost & Sullivan validates our service culture and overall leadership position.”

Convergint employs more than 400 individuals in 15 offices throughout the United States and Canada.  2005 sales were $75 million and the firm expects sales of $100 million in 2006.
