| Scheduled Predictive Maintenance Inspections |
On a systematic scheduled basis, Convergint Technologies provides control system preventive maintenance services for specified components. Maintenance visits will be scheduled in accordance with the frequencies outlined in the program. All preventive maintenance tasks will be performed in accordance with manufacturer’s recommendations, and will address areas that can adversely affect system performance. This will include predictive maintenance tasks and be performed in conjunction with diagnostics, data-base backups, and calibration.

| Critical Control Loop Tuning |
Maintaining critical environmental conditions requires a continuous schedule of maintenance tasks and routines that keep the performance of your system within design conditions as seasonal and environmental conditions change. Temperatures, pressures and humidity conditions are affected by changes in seasonal and operating conditions. Regular control loop tuning ensures your HVAC systems are operating at peak operating efficiencies and minimal energy consumption levels.

| Sensor Calibration |
Maintaining critical environmental conditions requires a continuous schedule of maintenance tasks and routines that keep the performance of the system within design conditions as seasonal and environmental conditions change. Temperature, pressure/flow and humidity sensors should be checked for accuracy and calibrated on an annual basis to ensure control measurment accuracy.

| Point/Program Testing & Certification |
Many critical environments require systematic testing and verification of point and program operation to meet regulatory requirements for FDA and JCAHO compliance. On an annual basis, and in conjunction with sensor calibration and loop tuning, trained control technicians will evaluate and perform point-to-point testing and program certification on critical systems identified. The test results, adjustments and modifications will be detailed in a formal certification report.
