| Sprinkler System Inspection and Testing |
|
Convergint will provide test, inspection and maintenance of wet pipe sprinkler alarm and supervisory devices with a licensed sprinkler contractor. Testing and maintenance is performed in accordance with NFPA25 and NFPA72 or as requested by the customer.

| Dry Pipe Sprinkler System Inspection and Testing |
|
Convergint will provide testing of dry pipe sprinkler systems with a licensed sprinkler contractor. Testing for compliance with NFPA25 standards will be performed. The typical test routine includes an annual full flow test with quarterly testing to include pressure supervisory switches only.

| Fire Extinguisher Inspection and Certification |
|
Annual inspection and certification of the portable fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA10 will be performed. Hydrostatic testing (every 12 years for ABC dry chemical), recharging, maintenance (every 6 years), repair of deficiencies and replacements are available on a Time and Material basis.

| Pre-Action System Test and Inspection |
|
Convergint’s pre-action system contractor will perform a quarterly test and inspection of the customer’s pre-action sprinkler systems and pre-action pressure switches per NFPA25 standards. The annual test will include a full flow test with the other three quarters of testing limited to the test of the pressure supervisory switches only.

| Roll Down Fire Door Test and Certification |
|
Convergint’s roll down fire door contractor will perform an annual drop test and certification operation of the fire doors for compliance with NFPA80 door requirements.. Operation will include drop testing, certification of operation, check of all mechanical linkages, adjustment of spring tension, lubrication and adjustment of bearings.

Convergint’s sprinkler contractor will perform an annual inspection and recertification of backflow preventers.
