TED NARK
Chairman, Managing Director of KRG Capital

Ted Nark joined KRG Capital in 2007 as a Managing Director and has over 27 years of business experience in mergers and acquisitions, business development, operations, sales, and marketing. Since 2007 Nark has served as a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee and as a lead Managing Director, Chairman, and a member of the Board of Directors for several of its portfolio companies. Nark was CEO and Chairman of Corporate Express Australia from 1998 to 2002. He served as  CEO and Chairman of White Cap Construction Supply from 2002 to 2006. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA) of Orange County. Nark holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Washington State University.

DAN MOCERI
Executive Chairman, Cofounder, Board Member

Dan Moceri has over 35 years of experience in the electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and building management systems industry. Dan is a Co-Founder, Executive Chairman and Board Member for Convergint Technologies.  Prior to starting Convergint Technologies, Dan was the President of Siemens Building Technologies Security Division for North America. Dan has held positions in marketing, engineering, and executive management focused on integrated building management systems throughout the United States and Canada. Dan holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) and a Master’s degree in Management from Northwestern University.

STEWART FISHER
Board Member Managing Director, KRG Capital

Stewart Fisher joined KRG Capital in 2007 as a Managing Director. Fisher has over 25 years of business experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, business development, and operations across a broad range of industries. Fisher has served as a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee since 2007 and as a lead Managing Director, Chairman, and a member of the Board of Directors for several KRG portfolio companies. Prior to KRG Capital, Fisher served as the CFO and Executive Vice President of Administration for Accellent, a leading provider of manufacturing, supply chain and engineering services to the medical device industry. Fisher earned an MBA in Finance from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Lehigh University.

GREG LERNIHAN
Cofounder, Board Member

Greg Lernihan has over 30 years in the electronic security, fire alarm & life safety, and building management systems industry. Greg is a Co-Founder and Board Member of Convergint Technologies. Prior to starting Convergint Technologies, Greg was the Sr. Vice President of Siemens Building Technologies Division for North America. During the span of his career, Greg has held positions in sales, general management, and executive management focused on integrated building management systems throughout the United States and Canada. Greg holds a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Management from Purdue University.

CHRIS LANE
Managing Director, KRG Capital

Christopher Lane has been a Managing Director of KRG Capital since 1997 and has over 30 years of diverse business experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate strategy, business development, finance, and operations. Lane has served as a member of the Firm’s Investment Committee since 1997 and as a lead Managing Director, Chairman, and a member of the Board of Directors for a number of its portfolio companies.  Lane earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Management and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.

THOMAS DONOHUE
Board Member

Thomas J. Donohue Jr. is the President and Founder of Adelphi Capital. Over the past decade, Mr. Donohue has built Adelphi’s merchant banking practice and developed the firm’s expertise across several industry sectors, including: transportation, telecommunications and technology, financial services, infrastructure, and national security. In addition to Convergint, Donohue currently serves on the boards of several companies and organizations. These include I Squared Capital, a $3 billion global infrastructure fund; Inventus Power, a leading manufacturer of lithium ion batteries; Orbis Operations, a specialized provider of military training, intelligence, and cybersecurity solutions to military and commercial customers; Express Freight Finance, a commercial lender focused on the transportation industry; American Intermodal Management, a transportation equipment leasing and logistics company; and the National Chamber Foundation, the research arm of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. Donohue is a graduate of Georgetown University.

CHRIS INGLIS
Board Member

Chris Inglis is a Venture Partner at Paladin.  He is the former Deputy Director and senior civilian leader of the National Security Agency. Mr. Inglis’ military career included nine years active service with the US Air Force and twenty one years with the Air National Guard from which he retired as a Brigadier General in 2006. Promoted to NSA’s Senior Executive Service in 1997, he served in a variety of senior leadership assignments culminating in his selection as the NSA Deputy Director. A 1976 graduate of the U.S. Air Force Academy, Mr. Inglis holds advanced degrees in engineering and computer science from Columbia University, Johns Hopkins University, and the George Washington University.

BEN McCOWN
Board Member

Ben McCown joined KRG Capital in 2006 as an Associate and was promoted to Vice President in 2012. Mr. McCown is a key deal team member and serves on the board of several of KRG’s portfolio companies. Prior to joining KRG, Ben worked as an investment banking analyst in New York for Peter J. Solomon Company, where he worked on a number of merger and acquisitions and restructuring assignments. Ben earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of Chicago.

KEN LOCHIATTO
Board Member, President/Chief Executive Officer

Ken Lochiatto has over 30 years of business experience having joined Convergint as President and Chief Operating Officer in January 2014. Ken’s background includes over 22 years of experience in the materials and systems integration businesses and 8 years in the gaming business. During the span of his career, Ken has held positions in sales, finance, and executive management with GE and WMS Gaming, having led global businesses in both companies.
