On May 22nd-24th 2022, ASIS Europe held their unmissable in-person event in Prague. ASIS Europe is renowned for two key elements: experts on stage and a vast pool of expertise in the audience. At this event, these elements were brought closer together than ever before. ASIS Europe 2022 offered multiple tracks of valuable learning opportunities as well as networking and connection sessions, onsite and online. The newly formatted program event was focused on discussion, debate, collaborative learning, and lots of overdue networking time. The interaction was key to the event concept with this year having more of a dynamic format. At this event, Convergint UK hosted informal drinks for UK Chapter members.

The ASIS Europe event brought together security professionals with one common goal: to ensure the security and safety of organizations, people, clients, and the planet. In parallel, at the conference, it was examined how security supports business strategy. A deep dive was taken into what the post COP26 economy means for security teams’ internal collaboration with Risk Management, Compliance, HR, and how to function effectively in remote work environments. This involved engaging the next generation of security talent, and how ESRM is being implemented. Finally, the Innovation track covered the latest research & developments on security tools, technology and service solutions.
