Convergint Technologies, a worldwide leader in service-based systems integration, today announced the acquisition of French systems integrator Astrec Security, based in suburban Paris.
Known as one of the world’s top systems integrators, Convergint continues to rapidly expand its global footprint via organic growth and acquisition. The company’s ninth acquisition since early 2017, Astrec’s suburban Paris location and experience will serve complex global customers that are facing sophisticated integration needs on an enterprise level, according to Convergint’s executive chairman and co-founder, Dan Moceri.
