In light of the current situation, Convergint is moving its 2020 InterNational Conference to a virtual setting. This virtual conference for Convergint colleagues will include business updates, colleague recognition, and of course, fun & laughter! Here is a summary of the conference and the awards that will be presented on Thursday morning.

Conference Agenda

Virtual Culture Con 2020 is open to Convergint colleagues from across the globe. This will be a very dynamic and fast-paced virtual conference with awards, executive updates, and plenty of fun & laughter. Colleagues will be able to connect and interact with each other through our integrated conference chat feed. In typical Convergint fashion, there will be surprises throughout the entire virtual conference. Plan to join us on May 14th!

Conference Theme

Our dear readers might be wondering, “What’s with the superhero theme?”. Every Convergint InterNational conference has a different theme that helps to connect the current moment in time with our culture and our colleagues.  Popular conference themes in the past have included “Unity,” “Find Your Why,” and “It’s our time.” While the official theme for the 2020 conference has yet to be revealed, we have released the “Culture Con” brand and our superhero icons which were created to recognize our 2018 Sales and Operations Masters award winners Geri Smith from Austin, TX, and Tom Sammons from San Francisco, CA.

LaChance Service & Leadership Award

Awarded to a colleague that represents Convergint’s Values & Beliefs, while going above and beyond for their colleagues, community, and customers

Global Account of the Year

Each year, the Global Account award goes to the one account that fits the following attributes;
  • Impacts multiple Convergint regions 
  • Leverages our global platform & resources 
  • Complex service-based customer needing our expertise in PSG and Advanced Solutions 
  • Customer requires extensive collaboration and is looking for a long-term partner

ACE Awards

The Awarding Convergint Excellence (ACE) award goes to colleagues who have continuously demonstrated Convergint’s Values & Beliefs

Impact Award

Formerly known as the Noonan Award, this goes to a rookie colleague who has made the greatest financial impact for Convergint during their first 18 months. 

Ops Masters

This award goes to a past operational ACE winner who best represents Convergint’s Values & Beliefs 

Sales Master

This award goes to a past sales ACE winner who best represents Convergint’s Values & Beliefs 

Convergint Cup

Formerly the Bushwood Cup, this award goes to the top-performing operations CTC, based on a number of metrics and criteria

iCon

Formerly the Gopher Award, this goes to the top-performing operations CTC, based on a number of metrics and criteria
