Convergint InterNational Virtual Conference
In 2021, Convergint is celebrating 20 years of making a daily difference! No matter the circumstances, Convergint will always be dedicated to recognizing and celebrating the good stuff. Convergint is holding its annual InterNational Conference in a virtual setting for the second year in a row. All colleagues are invited to join Destination 2021: A Convergint Odyssey. This virtual conference for Convergint colleagues will include business updates, colleague recognition, and more! Since this year’s conference is a celebration of Convergint’s 20th anniversary, you can be sure there will be plenty of Fun & Laughter! Here is a summary of the conference and the awards that will be presented.
Conference Agenda
Destination 2021: A Convergint Odyssey is open to Convergint colleagues from across the globe. This will be a dynamic and fast-paced virtual conference with awards, executive updates, and plenty of fun & laughter. Colleagues will be able to connect and interact with each other through our integrated conference chat feed. In typical Convergint fashion, there will be surprises throughout the entire virtual conference. Plan to join us on March 30th!

Conference Theme
Every Convergint InterNational conference has a different theme that helps to connect the current moment in time with our culture and our colleagues. Popular conference themes in the past have included “Do Small Well“, “Unity,” “Find Your Why,” and “Culture Con” For Convergint’s 20th anniversary, the theme is Destination 2021: A Convergint Odyssey. Why this theme? In the early days of Convergint, our founders shared their business plan with a friend outside the company. When this friend read the business plan and saw the company that Dan & Greg were trying to create, he said “You’re not building a company—you’re building a rocket ship.” From that day forward, an image of a rocket ship hung on the door of the first Convergint office to remind the team of what they were building together. This year is a celebration of where Convergint started, and how far we have come over the last 20 years.
