Convergint UK is delighted to participate in the upcoming event hosted by the ASIS UK Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (ED&I) Group on Menopause Awareness as part of its commitment to creating a more inclusive security industry for all. Convergint partners with ASIS International on these events to help raise awareness and break stigmas in the workplace. Convergint strives to create a more inclusive and accepting workplace for all and looks forward to raising awareness during this event.
This event will be held at the Somerset House in London on Thursday 16th Feb from 3 PM-5 PM and will feature expert speakers and insights into the physical and mental health effects of menopause.
This event will be beneficial for all, providing an opportunity to understand and discuss the impact of menopause on women, and how it can be managed in the workplace. Experts will also be exploring how menopause can be discussed and understood by managers and allies to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for everyone. The event will provide a safe space for individuals to openly discuss their menopause experience and learn how to manage the symptoms and adjust to this new phase in life.
