iTrac, Convergint’s dedicated tool for enhanced project management, was developed with the mission to create unparalleled value for its customers when delivering any project, regardless of its size or complexity.

Convergint is happy to announce new major updates coming to iTrac in May 2021. These updates will ensure alignment with Convergint (IT) Enterprise Environment and will allow Convergint to take advantage of new web technologies, as well as set the groundwork for ongoing iTrac development.

Improved features and updates include:

  • New project card view

  • Direct access to the features used the most

  • Favoriting of projects

  • Frontline user development approach

iTrac will also be launching an exciting new feature alongside these updates: Offline capability. This useful feature will enable continued use of the tool exactly as if it were online for users with limited or no internet access.

This feature will allow offline iTrac users to:

  • Complete tests

  • Capture images

  • Record asset information

  • Manage deficiency list

  • And more

The same level of encryption and data security that Convergint customers need will be maintained throughout. Other improvements launching at the same time include an improved deficiency report and connectivity to the PowerBI platform. This platform allows program level reporting to better serve Convergint customers and program management teams.
