With goals of expanding on this initiative, Convergint’s Inclusion & Diversity (I&D) council will begin launching various affinity groups. These affinity groups are meant to encourage professional development opportunities, enhance leadership skills, foster innovation and creativity, promote cultural understanding, and recruit and retain talent.

The goal of the I&D suggestion box is to provide a place for colleagues to give feedback and participate in the Convergint organizational I&D process. To ensure diversity, equality, and accessibility are considered in strategic management initiatives and support initiatives aimed at promoting inclusion, colleagues are encouraged to submit suggestions below.
