Convergint is looking for an enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer service-oriented Account Manager to join our Southeast Asia team. An Account Manager is responsible for expanding business in the region. They must identify qualified leads, develop prospects, and conduct high-level corporate sales by building trust, demonstrating professionalism, and providing ELV expertise to meet clients’ needs.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively achieve personal and department revenue and profit targets
- Generate and identify sales leads
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and preliminary system design
- Provide ideas and suggestions to improve sales results, reputation, and market share
- Enhance the Convergint brand name and image through sales and marketing channels
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partner companies
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in security concepts and systems to provide client consultation
- Assist with project management, site meetings, and client liaison as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on solution-based sales experience (security-related preferred) in a multinational company
- Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and demonstrated multi-tasking ability
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is an asset
- Fluency in English (oral and written)
