The dream of Convergint Technologies began in a basement in 2001, where the Values & Beliefs and the Convergint culture were put in place by a group of founders. As these founders and early colleagues begin to transition into retirement, it’s vital to keep their vision and mission alive. In the Leave a Legacy Collection, long-tenured colleagues will speak to Convergint Nation upon their retirement. In a video address, they will share the wisdom they have gained in their time at Convergint. Their insight and advice will be saved for Convergint posterity, allowing current colleagues to channel Convergint’s insurgent mission.

Mike Singer, Vice President of Operations, was Convergint’s fourteenth colleague. Mike has 39 years of experience in the industry. He co-founded the Atlanta CTC in 2001, and in 2014, he moved into a national role supporting operations across the U.S. Mike has worked diligently for Convergint on operational efficiency and best practices that improve customer and colleague satisfaction.
