About TWIC

The TWIC Final Reader Rule was released August 23, 2016 and full compliance is required likely by 2021.

There many nuances to the 63-page TWIC Final Reader Rule, and with each affected site being extremely unique, a full understanding of the FSP, the TWIC Defined Area, and possible modifications to each may avert substantial costs associated with simply installing electronics to meet this regulation.

We suggest you engage an entity following this regulation closely for further mitigation. Convergint designs, implements, and services integrated electronic security systems that adhere to such regulatory mandates.
