Mike Kuhn
Vice President of Business Development
Mike Kuhn graduated from Eastern Illinois University in 1985 with a B.S. in Business specializing in Energy Management. Mike has been in the security and building controls industry for over 35 years. Currently, Mike is the Vice President of Business Development for Convergint Technologies. In 2001, Mike joined Convergint Technologies as one of the original 10 founders opening one of their 5 charter offices in Houston, Texas. As a Vice President, Mike has assisted in growing Convergint Technologies to over a Billion Dollars in Revenue with the acquisition and retention of some of Convergint Technologies’ largest clients. Mike is the executive sponsor at Convergint for many large strategic global customers. He has assisted them in the development of a global plan for their enterprise security system deployments around the globe.
Kelle graduated from Texas A&M University in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution. She is a Senior Account Executive out of Convergint’s Dallas office. She has been with Convergint for 14 years and in the electronic security industry for 26 years. She has extensive experience in quoting and negotiating very large systems from single-site systems to national and global multi-location enterprise sites. Kelle was presented with Convergint’s “Rookie of the Year” Impact award in 2001 and was named Convergint’s Master Award winner in 2017.

Doug graduated from the Metropolitan State College of Denver with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice. He has spent 10 years in the physical security industry with an additional 4 years spent delivering solutions in the cybersecurity and infrastructure/application monitoring space for cloud computing deployments.
Doug recently returned to Convergint in 2019 as the Advanced Solutions Identity Assurance Principal. Doug is responsible for helping global companies navigate the technology evolution taking place in the security industry to identify and implement complex solutions ranging from PIAM, PSIM, Workspace Efficiency, IoT Security, and optimization. Since early March, he has been specifically spearheading with other Advanced Solutions resources the COVID-19 taskforce for identifying products and integrations that can provide a technical and business outcome for go-back-to-work strategies and has supported large thermal camera deployments for Convergint’s Global 200 customer base.
