STEPHANIE LOPEZ
Vice Chair

Stephanie has been with Convergint since 2019 starting as a Project Coordinator. Her time has been filled with opportunities for leadership and growth, bringing her to her current role in North American Operations. Stephanie has made Inclusion and Diversity a major part of all her roles and prides herself on making sure all colleagues feel welcome and have opportunities to grow within Convergint. She is honored to have been selected as Vice Chair and looks forward to continuing to influence change around I&D at Convergint.

KENDYLL MAYER
Council Member

Kendyll Mayer has been working for Convergint since 2015, starting in the warehouse, moving to a specialist role in 2017. Kendyll is thrilled to be a part of the I&D council and looks forward to the initiative of making Convergint an even more inclusive culture.

ANGELA BILODEAU
Council Member

Angela Bilodeau is a project coordinator at Convergint with over 14 years of experience in the insurance claim housing industry. Through this experience dealing with people in emergency situations, Angela became skilled in balancing stress and building trusting relationships. Angela is passionate about developing Convergint’s platforms, practices, and policies as part of the I&D Council.

NOORI AZMI
Council Member

Noori Azmi joined Convergint in 2020 as its first dedicated Recruiter. She brings with her 10 years of recruitment experience from various industries. Though Noori graduated with a Bachelor’s in Accounting, she found her passion to be in Talent Acquisition and bringing people together. Noori also takes great pride in being first generation with parents from Pakistan and speaking three languages.

Janice Burse
Council Member

Janice has been with Convergint since 2019, starting as a project designer and moving to her current role as Technical Operations Manager – Engineering in 2022. She has over 30 years of experience in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Electrical Coordination, and CAD Management, 18 of which are in the security integration industry. Janice is active in the Convergint Women Connect and Unify affinity groups here at Convergint and NAWIC (National Association of Women in Construction). She believes our inclusion and diversity initiatives will continue to amplify the fact that all colleagues are valued.

STEVE KOGER

Steve tem mais de 28 anos de experiência em aplicação da lei, militar, consultoria de serviços profissionais e gerenciamento de projetos e programas em vários setores. A experiência de vida de Steve inclui morar no exterior como um filho de militar e, como adulto, por meio de vários contratos profissionais. Ele morou na Arábia Saudita, Filipinas, Coreia, Alemanha e Emirados Árabes Unidos e já trabalhou e viajou para mais de 60 países até agora. Formado em Desenvolvimento Organizacional, é apaixonado por liderança e desenvolvimento de equipes de alto desempenho.

MICKEY KUHN

Mickey está na indústria de segurança desde 1999. Mickey começou na Convergint em 2013 como Administrador II e Coordenador de Armazém. Mickey é agora um Coordenador de Projetos para a Divisão de Incêndio, Sprinklers e Segurança da Convergint em nosso Lake Mary. Mickey agora faz parte do comitê de planejamento do Convergint’s CTC, planejando caminhadas contra o câncer de mama, festas informais e todas as atividades. Mickey adora reunir a equipe para diversão e sorrisos. 

GREG HARDEE

Greg tem contribuído para a indústria de segurança eletrônica por mais de 32 anos, servindo nos últimos 18 anos como uma parte privilegiada da equipe Convergint SoCal. Ao longo de sua carreira na Convergint, ocupou diversos cargos, desde instalação e gerenciamento de projetos até executivo de contas. Greg está atualmente liderando como Gerente Regional de Segurança para os escritórios do sudoeste, além de atuar como Gerente de Segurança e Treinamento para o escritório de Los Angeles. Como um membro duradouro da família Convergint, continua dedicado a defender o DNA da Convergint por meio de seus valores e crenças e defende apaixonadamente a segurança dos colegas, o serviço às nossas comunidades, ajudando os colegas a encontrar o equilíbrio entre vida pessoal e profissional.

TERRENCE BAKER
Council Member

Terrence Baker started at Convergint on the 13th September, 2013. Terrence works out of the New York CTC. The roles that Terrence fill include Service Supervisor Banking Division, Fleet Manager, Regional Safety Champion, Regional iCare Champion–iCare trainer, Regional I&D Committee member, and Project Manager for Chase Bank retail locations. Terrence is passionate, dedicated, and an energetic person that loves the interaction with Colleagues on a daily basis. Every Sunday since February of 2014, Terrence has sent a safety message to 9 CTC’s across the nation.

JOE MORONE
Council Member

Joe Morone joined Convergint in 2022 as Vice President of Sales Operations, having previously provided consulting services through his company Worldleaders Inc. Joe has a 30 year track record for leading B2B sales teams and is globally recognized for his research and leadership in complex B2B sales methods. He is the author of a five-star rated book, The Smart Sales Method which has helped hundreds of organizations improve their results. Indeed, Joe is leading a sales revolution here at Convergint, focused on training AEs nationwide for more successful transactional and consultative selling across all verticals. Joe has recently become certified in organizational change management.

SCOTT FERGUSON
Council Member

Scott Ferguson has over 30 years of experience in Fortune 200 companies, including two decades of experience as Division President. He joined Convergint after having served as GM for multiple global systems integration companies with decades of consistent success in sales, revenue, and earnings growth. Scott is a proven leader with a long-term track record of success in recruiting and training.
