This commitment was exemplified in the unwavering support provided colleague Tucker Nicke during his deployment from 2022 to 2023.
Throughout Tucker’s deployment, the Sioux Falls Convergint Technology Center (CTC) went above and beyond to ensure he felt connected and supported. The CTC consistently sent care packages filled with food, toys, and heartfelt letters, which were not only appreciated by Tucker but also enjoyed by his entire unit. The unit’s gratitude was expressed through the missions they conducted with an American flag sent by Convergint, accompanied by certificates of appreciation.
“The units asked if there was anything they could do to thank Convergint. I handed them an American flag, which they proudly took on missions and created certificates of appreciation,” said Tucker. “I also requested a Convergint flag from the office to fly as a gesture of gratitude. Upon my return, I presented both the flags and certificates.”
