On May 14th, Convergint held its InterNational Conference in a virtual setting for the very first time, making it accessible to colleagues across the globe. This dynamic and fast-paced virtual event included award presentations, executive updates, and plenty of fun & laughter.

This year’s theme was “Guardians of the Culture,” which challenged colleagues to consider how they can help Convergint’s culture, based on its Values & Beliefs, continue to thrive. No matter the circumstances, Convergint’s culture and values have stayed constant, and the next generation of Convergint leaders are continuing to carry the torch with Convergint’s Vs & Bs.
Although this meeting was virtual, it still encompassed the four goals that every InterNational meeting has:
  • Skill development
  • Networking and collaboration
  • Recognize top performers
  • Fun & Laughter

Convergint recognized last year’s Master Award Winners with custom Convergint superhero icons. Tom Sammons, a fire & life safety professional from San Francisco, CA, was “The Suppressor,” and Geri Smith from Austin, TX was “Captain Convergint.”
