Darin Dillon, a business development manager at Convergint, was recently elected to join the Energy Security Council (ESC) Board of Directors. Darin is a Certified Protection ProfessionalⓇ who has over 35 years of experience in the electronic security and integrated systems industry. He is the past chairman of the Houston ASIS Chapter and also teaches enterprise security to master-level students at the University of Houston.

The Energy Service Council (ESC) has been a leader in energy security education and networking since 1982. ESC is a non-profit organization that consists of executive, mid-level managers, and professionals who represent global oil, gas, power generation, transmission, petrochemical, and related service companies. ESC prepares its members for the new opportunities created by the globalization of the world economy by conducting quarterly meetings and annual conferences for the improvement and education of its members and to enhance business acumen.
