Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships within a client portfolio and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to their needs.
To be successful in the role, you will need:
- A minimum of one year of previous account development, sales, or relevant experience
- Experience in either Electronic, IT, Communications, AV, and/or Building Automation
- Private Security Individual Registration, WHS White Card, and Working with Children Check
- A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
- A related degree or higher education qualification is desirable
- Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions
- Strong teamwork skills
- A proactive mindset and always looking for opportunities
- An ability to adapt and influence others
- Solid Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
- Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles
