Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven, and customer-focused Account Manager to join our amazing culture.  In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing long-term relationships within a client portfolio and ensuring the timely and successful delivery of company solutions according to their needs. 

To be successful in the role, you will need:

  • A minimum of one year of previous account development, sales, or relevant experience
  • Experience in either Electronic, IT, Communications, AV, and/or Building Automation
  • Private Security Individual Registration, WHS White Card, and Working with Children Check
  • A minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent
  • A related degree or higher education qualification is desirable
  • Solid sales skills and ability to uncover effective customer solutions
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • A proactive mindset and always looking for opportunities
  • An ability to adapt and influence others
  • Solid Microsoft Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic knowledge and understanding of IT networking principles
