Convergint, a global leader in service-based systems integration, today announced that its 17th annual conference, Unite Denver, will take place from March 12-15, 2023 at the Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center in Denver, CO. This year’s conference theme is “Foundations,” referring to the founding mission upon which the company was built, and will focus on uniting and empowering 1,500 Convergint colleagues and partners with networking, professional development, and collaboration opportunities to drive the industry forward.

The conference will also feature keynote speaker Dunigan O’Keeffe, Partner, Global Head of Strategy Practice at Bain & Company. O’Keeffe will address one of the most undervalued secrets of business success: The Founder’s Mentality. Comprised of three key traits—an insurgent mission, an owner mindset, and an obsession with the front line—The Founder’s Mentality will help Convergint leaders achieve sustained business growth.
There will also be an open networking event for attendees to explore different teams and resources at Convergint—including Global IT, Product Management, Inclusion & Diversity, Global Service and Delivery, Customer Tools, Safety, and more—directly from their colleagues, as well as a Partner Showcase where 85+ Convergint partners will demo new technology to empower Convergint colleagues to be their customers’ best service provider.
As colleague recognition is an important pillar of all Convergint conferences, colleagues will be toasted at an annual awards dinner, recognizing standout achievement and success while celebrating global growth across the organization. On top of recognition, Unite Denver attendees will have the opportunity to “pay it forward” at the Foundations Store and at the Convergint Culture Adventure raffle. All proceeds will go to the Ken LaChance Colleague Emergency Fund and the Convergint Cares Foundation.
