To be successful in the role, you will have
- 1-2 years of experience in an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator position.
- Excellent computer skills are required (good knowledge of Outlook, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Well-developed HRIS skills and background (experience with Employment Hero will be highly regarded).
- High level of discretion and ability to appropriately handle confidential information.
- Strong attention to detail.
- High level of organisation and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
