Convergint recently held its Leaders Meeting in Las Vegas, NV bringing together colleagues from all over the world for three days of networking, collaboration, and leadership development. Colleagues participated in educational sessions on a variety of topics, including talent, growth, service, and culture. Of course, there was also plenty of fun and laughter, with team-building activities, and a charity raffle.

Convergint’s culture of giving is fundamental to its success as an organization. In keeping with this deep commitment to giving back, Convergint leaders were able to raise over $55,000 for the Convergint Cares Foundation, the Ken LaChance Colleague Emergency Fund, and Convergint Women Connect’s annual Breast Cancer Awareness fundraiser. This donation amount is nearly double last year’s efforts of $30,000.

The charity raffle encouraged leaders to purchase tickets with the chance to win grand prizes for their entire teams back at their local Convergint Technology Centers, including team Fun & Laughter events and a Town Hall—all proceeds were donated. Giving back is an integral part of Convergint’s culture, underlining its commitment to making a daily difference for customers, colleagues, and the communities it serves.
