Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results-driven and customer-focused Project Manager to join our amazing culture. In this role, you will have responsibility for the planning, implementation, and coordination of small to medium projects that vary in complexity.

To be successful in the role, you will have

  • A minimum of three years of previous, relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience is preferred.
  • Project management experience in a technical environment (building automation systems, electronic security systems).
  • Demonstrated understanding of project management concepts and methods (Preferred certificate-supported course completion)
  • Strong knowledge of written and digital project management tools.
  • Safety Policy & Process experience to lead the Convergint team to be committed and” Embrace a Safe, Inclusive and Positive work Environment.”
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to prepare effective written communications.
  • Attention to detail – the ability to manage, and review documents, procedures, and reports to identify issues/errors and opportunities.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to establish effective relationships, collaborate, persuade, and influence.
  • Proactive, ability to work on own initiative.
  • Strong financial analytical skills including cost control
  • Willingness to take ownership of the role, take initiative, and learn new tasks.
  • Adaptability – respond effectively to changes in situations or new information, be open and willing to learn new things, and take on new challenges
