For the 22nd consecutive year, Convergint offices closed to allow more than 9,200 colleagues across the globe to donate their time, expertise, and resources to more than 200 organizations as a part of the company’s annual Social Responsibility Day. Convergint colleagues, along with the collaboration of strategic partners, donated time and materials in local communities and schools to contribute to those in need.

This year, LenelS2 colleagues participated in Convergint’s Social Responsibility Day. The team volunteered at various projects across North America, including:

  • Upgraded technology & renovated at Neighbors Together in North Charleston, SC

  • Assisted in camera & Halo device installation at Ellicott Middle School in Colorado Springs, CO

  • Helped stack wood & clean at the Andrew Jackson FOP Youth Camp in Mt. Juliet, TN

  • Baked for the children at the Boys and Girls Club in Ottawa, Canada

  • Aided in trail building at Prospect Heights Trailhead and worked on park enhancements at Jade Park in Anchorage, AK

  • Organized donation drive & donation storage room, mentored children at Firefly Children and Family Alliance in Indianapolis, IN

  • Installed security devices & put together equipment at the Eden II Church in Commack, NY

  • Assembled tents and cleared woodland paths at a local Nature Preserve in MA

  • Provided an access control upgrade & helped sort donation items at the Drop-in Centre in Calgary, AB, Canada

  • Helped package over 10,000 nutritious meals for Rise Against Hunger in Raleigh, NC
