Once an organization has established the crisis management platform, all employees are automatically registered and receive a link to download the health monitoring app.

The functions of the health monitoring app include the following:

  • Prompts employees to complete an initial personal risk assessment, which sets a baseline for the risk of infection

  • Prompts employees to input their day-to-day information, which gets uploaded to the daily health monitoring portal to enable identifying infection symptoms early, and engage organizational protocols once the infection is detected

  • Enables live voice, video, chat, and messaging between the user and response center and collects location information


If an employee is determined to be infected and requires quarantine, they will follow the organization’s quarantine protocols.

The platform will automatically notify the employee’s supervisor, and the response center will be updated with the employee’s status. While on quarantine, the employee will continue to input their information into the daily health monitoring portal and will be monitored by the response center, which will receive a notification if the person leaves the geolocation of his home.

If an employee suddenly comes under duress, there is a panic button that, when activated, automatically sends a message to the command & control center, security personnel in the field, and predefined emergency contacts, which includes the personal information of the individual distress, their location, and navigation information.

The response center has the ability to use the location information collected by the app to determine what employees and facilities a newly quarantined employee came in contact with, so the response center could notify those persons and facility supervisors to take the appropriate actions.

The visitor management module enables the organization to screen all visitors, temporary employees, service personnel, suppliers, and contractors entering facilities. The system incorporates the organization’s standard and crisis response visitor policies, from invitations and scheduling to onsite arrival. 

During crisis response scenarios, the system allows the organization to limit access to only the visitors that have been pre-registered by employees. Additionally, when a visitor is pre-registered, they receive an email instructing them to complete their personal risk assessment to determine their risk to the organization. 

Upon completion of the assessment, the system will then automatically permit or deny their visitor status based on the information they provide. If they are permitted onsite, they would then receive an email with instructions and protocols for arrival and reconfirm their personal risk assessment status when onsite.

The system integrates with any security system including access control, turnstiles, gates and barriers, license plate recognition, and ERP systems, to optimize control over who enters the facility.


By understanding the exact status of all employees and further reduce the spread of infection through vigorous visitor management enforcement, organizations can more accurately determine production and operational capacities, and then plan logistics and supply chain requirements accordingly.
