UAE CSRD 2025
A day of service.
A year of impact.
Each year, we pause our business operations across the globe to serve our communities. Convergint Social Responsibility Day is our company-wide day of giving, an annual tradition that unites more than 11,000 colleagues in acts of service, compassion, and connection.
What began as a single day in 2002 has grown into a worldwide movement. From revitalizing community spaces and repairing schools to enhancing security for local nonprofits, our colleagues contribute thousands of volunteer hours, strengthening communities and living our values in action.

Driven by purpose.
Guided by values.
Our Values & Beliefs are the foundation of everything we do.
They guide how we treat our customers, our colleagues, and our communities. Social Responsibility Day is one part of how we live those values, together.
How we lead.
Our work is rooted in a commitment to creating a safer, more inclusive, and more sustainable world—for our customers, partners, and communities. At Convergint, service is a daily responsibility, guided by clear Values and Beliefs that define how we lead, collaborate, and deliver meaningful outcomes.
UAE Sustainability
Protecting people, planet and purpose.
At Convergint, sustainability is not a single initiative, it’s a shared responsibility woven into how we do business every day. From the solutions we design to the partnerships we build, we are committed to operating responsibly, minimizing environmental impact, and creating lasting value for our customers, colleagues, and communities.
Innovation for a better tomorrow.
Across industries and geographies, Convergint helps organizations modernize operations that protect people and the planet, proving that innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.
As part of this commitment, Convergint takes a disciplined and transparent approach to climate-related governance and risk management. For stakeholders seeking deeper insight, we publish a formal climate risk disclosure that outlines how we assess, manage, and govern climate-related financial risk in alignment with applicable regulations and recognized global reporting frameworks.

Our commitment.
Environmental responsibility.
We look for opportunities to reduce our environmental footprint through energy-efficient operations, sustainable sourcing, and waste reduction. Our colleagues worldwide champion initiatives that range from recycling and energy audits to green building practices and digital transformation projects that reduce paper, travel, and energy use.
Sustainable solutions.
Through advanced technologies like smart sensors, automation, and data-driven platforms, we help organizations operate more efficiently and responsibly. Our integrated systems optimize energy use, extend asset life, and enable data transparency, empowering customers to meet sustainability goals without compromising safety or performance.
Responsible growth.
Sustainability starts from within, and at Convergint, we prioritize ethical business practices, diversity and inclusion, and community engagement as essential components of long-term success. These priorities are reinforced through our participation in globally recognized initiatives, including the United Nations Global Compact, which helps guide how we align growth with responsibility.
Global effort.
Local impact.
Our sustainability journey is powered by our people.
Local Convergint Technology Centers (CTCs) around the world are driving grassroots initiatives, from community cleanups and carbon reduction programs to local partnerships that promote environmental education and resilience. Every action, no matter how small, contributes to a collective impact that reaches far beyond our walls.
Our future vision.
We’re continually evolving our sustainability strategy, setting measurable goals that focus on:
- Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption across operations.
- Expanding responsible supply chain practices with our global partners.
- Implementing technologies that promote circularity and resource efficiency.
- Fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Because sustainability isn’t a destination, it’s an ongoing commitment to do what’s right, for today and for generations to come.
Together, we build what lasts.
Convergint’s vision for sustainability is simple: protect what matters most - people, planet, and purpose. By uniting technology, teamwork, and shared responsibility, we’re creating a future where security and sustainability advance side by side.
UAE Utilities
Protecting the systems that power and sustain communities.
Convergint delivers integrated security, safety, and operational intelligence solutions purpose-built for the energy and utilities sector. From generation and transmission to water, district energy, and distributed field assets, we help operators strengthen resilience, improve situational awareness, and maintain compliance across complex, high-risk environments.
Security and operational awareness for complex, distributed energy environments.
Energy and utilities operate across vast, remote, and highly regulated environments that face rising physical and cyber threats, aging infrastructure, and growing compliance pressure. Operators need real-time situational awareness, resilient command hubs, and secure access for staff and contractors. With assets spread across generation plants, substations, water facilities, and pipeline corridors, organizations require an experienced OT security integrator capable of delivering scalable, audit-ready systems across every site.
Integrated expertise across generation, transmission, distribution, water, and district energy networks:

Power Generation & Substation Security
High-resolution CCTV, thermal imaging, radar detection, and automated intrusion alerts providing continuous visibility across plants, switchyards, transformer yards, remote substations, and wide-area transmission corridors.

Water Treatment Plants & Processing Facilities
Secure access control, clarifier and basin monitoring, chemical storage oversight, and integrated surveillance systems that enhance HSE compliance and operational continuity across critical water infrastructure.

Wastewater Networks, Pump Stations & Lift Stations
Remote monitoring for lift stations, pump houses, and SCADA huts; analytics-driven alerts for overflow, environmental risks, and equipment failure across distributed wastewater networks.

Gas, Pipeline & Compressor Stations
