A global day of service.
A lasting commitment to safer communities.

For 25 years, Convergint Social Responsibility Day has brought colleagues, families, and partners together in service to the communities where we live and work. Each year, we pause business operations worldwide so colleagues can give back through volunteer projects that support schools, families, local organizations, and community spaces.

For more than two decades, this annual day of service has reflected who we are: a people-first organization committed to making the world a safer, stronger, and more secure place.

Local service. Global purpose.

Every project begins with the needs of the community

Each initiative is shaped by the people and organizations closest to the work. Around the world, our colleagues partner with schools, local organizations and community groups to identify where their time and resources can make the greatest difference.

The result is a global day of service with deeply local impact, built on relationships, colleague leadership, and a shared commitment to helping communities become safer and more resilient.

Driven by purpose.
Guided by values.

Our Values & Beliefs are the foundation of everything we do.

They guide how we treat our customers, our colleagues, and our communities. Social Responsibility Day is one part of how we live those values, together.

How we lead.

Our work is rooted in a commitment to creating a safer, more inclusive, and more sustainable world—for our customers, partners, and communities. At Convergint, service is a daily responsibility, guided by clear Values and Beliefs that define how we lead, collaborate, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

UK Modern Slavery Policy Statement

Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement for the Financial Year Ending 31 December 2025 (Modern Slavery Act 2015)

Structure, business, and supply chains

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement applies to Convergint UK Ltd, its associated companies, colleagues, and approved supply chain partners. This statement relatesto the financial year ending 31 December 2025.

Convergint UK Ltd is a wholly owned subsidiary of Convergint Technologies LLC (“Convergint”) which is an industry-leading global systems integrator headquartered in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. Since its
founding in 2001, Convergint has focused on delivering results for our customers through unparalleled service excellence. At Convergint, our top priority is service in every way — service to customers, colleagues, and the communities we serve. As an integrator, our expertise and strategic focus allow us to work alongside a global network of partners and manufacturers to provide comprehensive design, installation, and service for integrated building systems, including electronic security and audio-visual systems. From day one, delivering value through unmatched customer service and consistent operational excellence has been foundational at Convergint.

Convergint was built on a solid foundation of Values & Beliefs (V’s & B’s). Before the company was legally formed in 2001 – before one order was received – before we hired one colleague, our founding leaders
began writing down the guiding principles that would become our V’s & B’s and established a unique and empowered culture. Our V’s & B’s have driven our positive culture throughout our organisation and differentiated us from other integrators.

We are committed to developing and adopting a proactive approach to tackling hidden labour exploitation across all our global operations. This commitment applies to all colleagues, job applicants, contractors and workers engaged through third parties. It is understood that it is often well hidden by the perpetrators with victims often reluctant or unable to come forward.

Policies and Due Diligence Processes

As outlined in our Code of Conduct, Convergint prohibits the use of child, compulsory or forced labour, trafficking in persons, or any acts associated with modern slavery for any purpose. In addition to our Code of Conduct, we have other policies in place to protect against forced and child labour in our operations and supply chain, namely:

Human Rights Policy

Convergint’s Human Rights Policy outlines our commitment to promoting and respecting human rights worldwide, throughout all our subsidiaries. We contribute to the realisation of human rights through
consistent compliance with laws and regulations wherever we have operations, including all applicable wage, working hour and labour laws and regulations. The Human Rights Policy also expressly prohibits the use of child, compulsory or forced labour, trafficking in persons and acts associated with modern day slavery for any purpose.

In addition, we have procedures in place to prevent child labour in our own operations, which include conducting a pre-employment background check and age verification for candidates before hiring. Training is provided to supervisors on applicable labour laws across the jurisdictions in which we operate to ensure compliance within our operations.

Supply Chain Code of Conduct

Convergint’s Supply Chain Code of Conduct aims to clarify our expectations of ethical corporate business practices for our customers and suppliers. Compliance with this policy is expected, and we reserve the
right to terminate our business relationship with any supplier that violates this policy. We set specific expectations of suppliers in this policy to ensure their supply chains are free from slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking.

We take an active role in ensuring our suppliers uphold human rights, prevent violations, and take steps to combat forced and child labour. Our Supply Chain Manager engages with our suppliers to ensure they
meet our expectations on all issues surrounding forced labour and child labour, as outlined in our Supply Chain Code of Conduct, which suppliers are expected to adhere to as part of our onboarding and engagement processes.

We are committed to working with current and prospective suppliers to ensure a clear understanding and adherence to our Supply Chain Code of Conduct and ethical business practices. Prior to qualifying any
new suppliers, a Supply Chain Qualification Questionnaire must be completed and returned in conjunction with a signed copy of the Supply Chain Code of Conduct.

Speak Up Policy

We have established a whistleblowing process, utilizing ReportIt; an independent third-party ethics and compliance hotline. This reporting mechanism is accessible to all Convergint employees and allows for anonymous submissions and treatment of complaints.

Employees are encouraged to report any concerns about ethics and/or Code of Conduct infractions to their supervisor, Human Resources, or directly through ReportIt.

Convergint maintains a global Speak Up Policy, which is distributed to all employees annually for their review and acknowledgement.

Convergint will:

  • Accept that job finding fees will never be charged to job applicants.
  • Ensure that all staff responsible for recruiting workers are trained to identify risks associated with third-party labour exploitation.
  • Ensure labour sourcing, recruitment, and worker placement processes are controlled by trusted and competent staff members.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to reporting suspicions of hidden worker exploitation.
  • Provide information on tackling hidden labour exploitation to our workforce.
  • Encourage workers to report concerns and investigate reports appropriately.
  • Encourage and support employees to report exploitation occurring within their communities through our Speak Up Policy.
  • Require labour providers and organisations within the labour supply chain to adopt policies and procedures consistent with these principles.

Identification of risks together with steps taken to prevent and manage that risk

Convergint applies a ‘principles and outcomes’ approach in risk management practices. This is in line with our ISO certification requirements. We acknowledge that understanding the risks of forced labour
and child labour in our supply chains is critical to targeting our actions and engagement with our suppliers. In line with the UN Guiding Principles, identifying and prioritising the most salient risks connected to our operations and business relationships is key to preventing and mitigating forced labour and child labour. To date, Convergint’s risk management approach has focused on risks to workers in our own operations, including respecting the safety and human rights of workers.

We are committed to improving our understanding of the risks in our supply chain, including by engaging in research, mapping our supply chain against publicly available information, and seeking feedback from
workers, manufacturers, distributors, and communities. Potential risk areas include subcontracted labour, installation and service activities at customer sites, recruitment practices, facilities services, logistics, and global electronics manufacturing supply chains.

Due diligence processes in relation to slavery and human trafficking in business and supply chains

Convergint has continued to develop our education and awareness programme, aligning the messaging to the specific nature of our business and modern slavery and human trafficking in a modern context.
Whilst we consider the overall risk exposure within our direct operations to be relatively low due to the nature of our business and services, we are committed to making sure our colleagues stay alert and know what to do should they identify any suspicious activity.

Our control objectives are mapped against risks and designed to classify the control type, outline the purpose of the control, why the control exists and how to perform the control to ensure signs of modern
slavery and human trafficking are detected, prevented and reported.

Effectiveness in ensuring that slavery and human trafficking is not taking place in business or supply chains.

Convergint has a stringent vetting process for all new starters and conducts thorough due diligence as part of subcontractor (LSP) onboarding.

Measures adopted in 2025 were an addition to the inspection reporting process for project and service site H&S and Quality inspections which includes a prompt and question around looking for signs of
forced labour at the site. Thus, raising awareness on the matter.

Training and capacity building about slavery and human trafficking

Convergint designates appropriate managers to complete Modern Slavery training and support company procedures relevant to this issue.
All policies are communicated to the workforce via Percipio online platform.

During 2025:

  • 100% of new suppliers completed onboarding due diligence requirements for Convergint Technologies UK Ltd.
  • The Code of Conduct policy was communicated to all colleagues.
  • Modern slavery considerations were incorporated into project and service site inspections.
  • No confirmed incidents of forced labour or human trafficking were identified within our direct operations.

2026 Training Plans

  • Percipio training platform will be rolled out globally in Q1 2026. This program provides access to new training programs and the ability to track colleague participation and understanding.
  • Continue with mandatory Code of Conduct training for all employees each year, highlighting sections related to forced labour delivered and acknowledged through Percipio.
  • Develop an awareness program for critical suppliers and contractors to increase their ability to spot signs of forced labour and child labour.

This report has been approved by Yaruba Tate (President, Convergint Europe) for the financial year ended December 31, 2025, in accordance with Modern Slavery Act 2015.

This statement was approved by the Board of Directors of Convergint UK Ltd on 18 May 2026 and is signed on its behalf by:

We expect to be our customers’ best service provider.

Service is our promise. We take ownership of every detail and work with urgency, accountability, and care. Being the best doesn’t mean being the biggest. It means showing up consistently, solving problems quickly, and earning trust at every step.

We deliver results.

Our customers depend on us to protect people, assets, and operations. We take that responsibility seriously. We do what we say we’ll do, we stay until the job is done, and we measure success by the outcomes we create, not the hours we spend.

We believe in balanced lives.

People do their best work when they can show up as whole people. We support balance - at work, at home, and in the moments that matter most. When our colleagues thrive, our customers and communities do too.

We embrace a safe, inclusive, and positive work environment.

We create spaces where every colleague feels respected, supported, and able to contribute. Safety, inclusion, and wellbeing are built into how we work, how we lead, and how we show up for one another every day.

We promote fun and laughter on a daily basis.

Connection strengthens our culture. Laughter builds trust. We believe great work and great relationships go hand in hand. It’s how we celebrate wins, overcome challenges, and stay grounded in who we are.

How our values come to life.

People first mindset.

We lead with empathy and respect, whether we’re supporting a customer, mentoring a colleague, or volunteering in our communities.

Local expertise, global strength.

With teams across the world, we pair global capabilities with local service. Our values anchor that consistency and ensure every customer receives the same commitment to quality and care.

A culture built on trust.

We step up for one another. We build long-standing relationships, not because it’s expected, but because it’s who we are.

A shared purpose.

Our values reflect more than how we work. They reflect why we work: to protect what matters most and to make a meaningful difference in every place we serve.
