AU CSRD 2025

A day of service.
A year of impact.

Each year, we pause our business operations across the globe to serve our communities. Convergint Social Responsibility Day is our company-wide day of giving, an annual tradition that unites more than 11,000 colleagues in acts of service, compassion, and connection.

What began as a single day in 2002 has grown into a worldwide movement. From revitalising community spaces and repairing schools to enhancing security for local nonprofits, our colleagues contribute thousands of volunteer hours, strengthening communities and living our values in action.

Driven by purpose.
Guided by values.

Our Values & Beliefs are the foundation of everything we do.

They guide how we treat our customers, our colleagues, and our communities. Social Responsibility Day is one part of how we live those values, together.

How we lead.

Our work is rooted in a commitment to creating a safer, more inclusive, and more sustainable world—for our customers, partners, and communities. At Convergint, service is a daily responsibility, guided by clear Values and Beliefs that define how we lead, collaborate, and deliver meaningful outcomes.

AU Sustainability

Protecting people, planet and purpose.

At Convergint, sustainability is not a single initiative, it’s a shared responsibility woven into how we do business every day. From the solutions we design to the partnerships we build, we are committed to operating responsibly, minimising environmental impact, and creating lasting value for our customers, colleagues, and communities.

Innovation for a better tomorrow.

Across industries and geographies, Convergint helps organisations modernise operations that protect people and the planet, proving that innovation and sustainability go hand in hand.

As part of this commitment, Convergint takes a disciplined and transparent approach to climate-related governance and risk management. For stakeholders seeking deeper insight, we publish a formal climate risk disclosure that outlines how we assess, manage, and govern climate-related financial risk in alignment with applicable regulations and recognised global reporting frameworks.

Our commitment.

Global effort.
Local impact.

Our sustainability journey is powered by our people.

Local Convergint Technology Centres (CTCs) around the world are driving grassroots initiatives, from community cleanups and carbon reduction programmes to local partnerships that promote environmental education and resilience. Every action, no matter how small, contributes to a collective impact that reaches far beyond our walls.

Our future vision.

We’re continually evolving our sustainability strategy, setting measurable goals that focus on:

  • Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and energy consumption across operations.
  • Expanding responsible supply chain practices with our global partners.
  • Implementing technologies that promote circularity and resource efficiency.
  • Fostering a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Because sustainability isn’t a destination, it’s an ongoing commitment to do what’s right, for today and for generations to come.

Together, we build what lasts.

Convergint’s vision for sustainability is simple: protect what matters most - people, planet, and purpose. By uniting technology, teamwork, and shared responsibility, we’re creating a future where security and sustainability advance side by side.

AU Utilities

Integrated security systems for utilities, substations, and critical energy infrastructure.

Convergint enables electric, water, wastewater, and gas utilities to secure the essential assets that power and sustain communities. From substations and water treatment plants to pump stations, compressor sites, and transmission corridors, we design and deploy security and operational technology solutions that help reduce risk, strengthen regulatory compliance, and facilitate operational reliability across highly distributed utility environments.

Securing the mission-critical environments that keep energy and water flowing.

Utilities face rising blended physical and cyber threats, stringent regulatory obligations (NERC/CIP), ageing infrastructure, and increasing environmental and operational pressures. With large, geographically dispersed assets - substations, water treatment plants, wastewater lift stations, remote valve sites, and pipeline corridors - organisations need an experienced OT security integrator who can deliver scalable, audit-ready systems across all facilities.

Our utilities expertise includes security integration across power, water, and gas systems:

Electrical Power Engineering

Electric Power & Substation Security

NERC/CIP-aligned perimeter security, substation intrusion monitoring, transformer yard visibility, switchgear room access control, and automated alarm workflows across transmission and distribution sites.

worker checking iPad at water treatment facility

Water Treatment Plants & Treatment Basins

Secure access control, high-definition video surveillance, clarifier basin monitoring, chemical storage protection, and cyber-physical threat detection that support regulatory compliance and operational uptime.

Water treatment plant for sewage waste water

Wastewater Facilities & Lift Stations

Remote monitoring of lift stations, pump houses, and SCADA huts; pipeline intrusion detection for remote assets; and environmental visibility for overflow, storm events, and equipment failure.

worker inspecting pipe

Gas, Pipeline & Compressor Stations

Compressor station security, pipeline corridor surveillance, remote valve station monitoring, and ruggedised video and detection systems designed for hazardous, isolated environments.

Professional at work monitoring system controls.

Control Centres & Critical Operations

Integrated access, video walls, alarm management, and operational dashboards that unify security and OT visibility across substations, treatment plants, and remote field assets.

Complex operational challenges.
Confident, utility-ready solutions.

Rising physical and cyber threats targeting substations, water treatment facilities, and remote utility assets.
Unified physical and digital security through integrated monitoring, NERC/CIP access control, and OT-aware analytics for proactive risk mitigation.
Regulatory pressure across electric, water, and gas sectors (NERC/CIP, EPA, DHS, state and municipal requirements).
Systems designed for continuous NERC/CIP compliance, automated reporting, and audit-ready documentation, significantly reducing compliance burden and audit risk.
Geographically dispersed assets operating in harsh and remote conditions.
Ruggedised, environmentally adaptable systems built for substations, pump stations, pipeline corridors, and field locations, maximising system uptime and reliability.
Fragmented security and SCADA visibility across plants, substations, and command centres.
Centralised operational monitoring with open-architecture platforms that unify OT, IT, and physical security, reducing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
Transition to renewable, distributed, and modernised infrastructure.
Scalable, cloud-enabled security integration and monitoring solutions that support grid modernisation and distributed energy models with consistent global delivery.

Clear, utility-ready services mapped to design, implementation, and ongoing optimisation.
